FiberBase™ Maintenance Options
With the initial purchase of a FiberBase™ software product, a 1-year maintenance contract is required which provides:
- Telephone support and email support providing assurance in the operation and utilization of the FiberBase™ software.
- Access to Knowledge Base – an online web-based tool providing user information on the use of FiberBase™.
Extended support can be obtained through our maintenance service options. All options, other then Time and Material Maintenance, carry at least a one-year term but multi-year renewals are also offered.

General Telephone and Email Support – 8AM to 5PM CST Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) -

- All releases during the maintenance year
